Dr. Jeanette Reinhardt

Psychologische Psychotherapeutin

Jeanette Reinhardt, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist

About

I'm a licensed counseling psychologist. My theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I consider myself as a generalist and I'm working with clients with a wide range of presenting concerns. I enjoy working with clients to manage depression and anxiety, coping with grief and bereavement, phase of life issues, stress management, relationship issues as well as identifying problematic relational patterns. My specialities are the treatment of anxieties and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

Training

I have received my Ph.D. in counseling psychology from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. The University of Illinois Counseling Psychology Program (CCP) is an accredited program by the American Psychological Association and it is based upon a scientist-practitioner orientation to counseling psychology. I have completed my pre-doctoral internship and a post-doctoral fellowship at The Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio, USA.

Therapy

If you are dealing with a psychological disorder, treatment can help. I draw from evidence-based therapies (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention) and focus on the strenghts of my clients rather than on their weaknesses. I provide individual and group therapy and offer teletherapy sessions that are scheduled just like regular therapy appointments.

Accepted Insurances

I accept all German public and private health insurances as well as self-payment.
For public health insurances there is no copayment for attended in-person or telehealth therapy sessions.

I'm working in my private practice. When you call to schedule, please leave your name, contact  information, and a brief description in what area you are interested in. I will return your phone call within 24 hours of the business day (Monday through Friday).
